Margaret M. (Peggy) Dolan
Executive Director and Fund Co-Founder

Peggy is responsible for the Fund’s overall management. She has operated the Fund since its founding in 1976 and is responsible for program development, Board management and fundraising for the organization.

Peggy holds a number of positions that greatly enhance her ability to network with the Fund’s constituencies and gain advanced experience in nonprofit management. She is a Board member and former Chairperson of the American Red Cross Blood Services Penn-Jersey Region Board of Directors. Additionally, she is a Board member of Mercy Suburban Hospital in Norristown and the Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations (PANO).

Peggy has been the recipient of numerous awards including, March of Dimes Women of Achievement Award - Montgomery County, Eckerd Drug Salute to 100 Women Award, Philadelphia Business Journal’s Woman of Achievement Award 2002, Rotary International Paul Harris Fellow and the Prudential Foundation Leadership Award. She is a cum laude graduate of Chestnut Hill College with a degree in English and Communications. Peggy is the proud mother of Kristen and Kimberly and the grandmother of Aiden and Lianan.
