The Kelly Anne Dolan Memorial Fund Memorial Program is a compassionate and sensitive way to bring comfort to a bereaved friend or relative.
Please include the following when making a memorial donation:
- Name of the individual being memorialized
- Address of the person to receive the acknowledgement letter
- Your address so we may send you a letter of thanks
- A phone number to reach you if we have any questions
A memorial letter will be sent to the person(s) you designate and an acknowledgement letter will be sent to you.
