Honor a Friend or Loved One
The Kelly Anne Dolan Memorial Fund offers a fitting way for you to remember a special person. Our Tribute Program allows you to make a donation to commemorate a holiday, birthday, wedding or other special occasion (new house, retirement, promotion, etc.).
Please include the following when making an honorary donation:
- Name of the individual being honored
- Address of the person to receive the acknowledgement letter
- Your address so we may send you a letter of thanks
- A phone number to reach you if we have any questions
A tribute letter will be sent to the person(s) you designate and an acknowledgement letter will be sent to you.
